仕事內容 【JOB PURPOSE】
Within the framework of global business strategy, build a short and long-term franchise vision and strategy. And develop and implement local business plan which focuses growth and operation efficiency of Neuro-Genetic Marketing Team and hold accountability for the leadership and performance of Neuro-Genetic Marketing and lead the following activities;

- Developing the Neuro-Genetic Marketing strategy and collaborating with global / regional team to be aligned with the global strategic direction
- Executing the strategy and action plans for short and medium term and driving the Team's Budget and P&L
- Ensuring effective ‘day to day’ management/execution and continuous improvement within the team
- Providing effective leadership to the Neuro-Genetic Team and ensuring the development of team members to maximize their capabilities
- Maintaining focus on patients’ interest and driving effective stakeholder collaboration in the Franchise
- Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the development and execution of the brand plan
- Deliver the successful launch of new products:
- Drives all aspects of the launch strategy and its successful execution to achieve the commercial goals
- Leads, motivates and develops the cross-functional Launch Team
- Oversees the content and output of all brand planning activities and its execution to ensure timelines and quality are maintained throughout
- Proactively contributing to RD franchise through challenge and support of colleagues within RD and beyond RD franchise
- Role modelling our Play to Win behaviours and embedding them within the RD culture

【ORGANIZATION CONTEXT】
Report to RD franchise head

【KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES】
- Lead and Drive marketing team to achieve sales and product contribution target of RD franchise
- Build a comprehensive strategic brand plan in line with the global strategy and local operational plans which is in line with the needs of the patient/public health
- Own the budget, P&L for Neuro-Genetic Team
- Key stakeholder engagement with KOL’s and medical societies to drive market and patient access strategy
- Lead on the delivery of all aspects of the affiliate brand plan including all strategic market development activities
- Drive successful New Product launches within the franchise
- Establish and lead a high quality, fully motivated Sales, Marketing and Support team
- Enable our Customer centric culture
- Monitor Marketing Implementation and control
- Proactively contributing beyond RD franchise

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

【JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS】
[Education]
- Scientific background (medicine/pharmacy) or business education preferred

[Experience & knowledge]
- Proven management and experience and success in marketing and/or sales/commercial leadership position, good knowledge and experience of new product launch and cross -functional project management

[Core competencies /skills]
- A passion and proven track record of developing talents within a team
- A clear understanding of how to build and maintain high performance teams
- Clear communication style that will inspire and direct others
- Self-awareness and versatility that will enable strong upwards and sideways influence
- High levels of learning agility, as demonstrated by engagement with all new customer engagement channels
- An ability to think in the company’s interests ahead of those of the RD team
- Substantial and sustainable sales/marketing/commercial/ experience that should include working on a diverse brand mix (experience of new and mature), product launch experience, market analytical and forecasting ability, from any healthcare industry
- An ability to build trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to quantify business risk and willingness to make judgement calls based on incomplete information
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams to achieve effective implementation of strategy
- Business level English (verbal, writing and reading)
