|部署?役職名||Digital Marketing Senior Manager|
The purpose of Digital Marketing Senior Manager Role is to design, develop and deliver the short and long term regional digital marketing strategies based on business and consumer insights for the entire Japan Marketing portfolio, and to identify the right allocation of the regional digital marketing funds across markets.
She/he will be also accountable to communicate the digital marketing strategy across the countries Digital Marketing organizations as needed and get an alignment from the Japan Digital Marketing members.
This position is a strategist who leads all the digital aspects of Japan marketing professionals, collaborates and communicates with multiple disciplines as well as a variety of outside business support parties. She/he brings an outstanding sense for consumer insights, behaviors in digital marketing as well as an advanced degree of analytical skills in order to drive the efficiency of digital marketing investment.
At the same time, she/he is also responsible for media activities to generate traffic on E－biz.
General Duties and Responsibilities （based on grading definition）:
? Design, develop and drive Japan's Strategic Digital Marketing Plan and Process which continues to provide consumer－focused opportunities and sources of profitable growth. Delivering against the Corporate and Business Unit KPI’s and Targets.
? Continuously develop and drive digital marketing positioning and values across the region.
? Develop a Digital Marketing Organization structure that engages consumer－minded digital marketing professionals to drive a Brand－Led Consumer－Focused culture and commercial approach based on clear roles and responsibilities.
? Develop and implement an operating system framework to ensure that the Digital Marketing strategy and guiding principles are embedded and across, delivering one consistent Digital Marketing framework and digital strategies aligned to target audience, brand KPIs （including market share, brand awareness, brand preference, online PV/UV, traffic, conversion rate, Omni－channel transaction rate, social media exposure/ followers, iWOM）, brand values, and positioning.
? In order to contribute to the business of each brand, she/he will lead and take responsibility for media planning and digital media purchase that will surely generate traffic to stores and EC.
? Lead and take responsibility for media strategy and operation implementation of E－biz media to maximize E－biz business.
? Responsible for media PDCA. In order to maximize media efficiency, the media status will be checked daily by the partner company （Agency） and correction instructions will be given as appropriate based on the contents reported.
? Responsible for leading and updating digital media dashboards to maximize media efficiency.
? Role model the skills for the Digital Marketing team 7 Core Competencies, leadership principles, and functional digital marketing competencies including annual digital media strategies, annual digital communication strategy, development of content marketing strategy, development of the brand website, development of social media strategy and Omni－channel strategy. Engage the broader organization of country Digital Marketing, respect culture and develop unique management style of each country and provides a continuous stream of digital marketing talent to the company.
? Initiate and project lead internal and external agencies in the development of the regional digital marketing campaigns, brief and guide country marketing teams in local execution across the region.
? Collaborate with the key marketing staff functions including Digital Marketing, Brand marketing, Collaboration ＆ Corporation/Brand PR, Brand Merchandising, Brand Creative, to ensure that we are consistently delivering against the Service Leader Corporate proposition via efficient processes, reduced time to market, and engaging and inspiring shopping experiences linked across all touchpoints for our consumers.
? Develop Japan planned Digital marketing concept which provides a consistent brand experience via translate situation analysis, brand equity study, consumer insight, the digital trend to actionable insights that contribute to the localization of the global brand communication strategy.
? Utilize exceptional understanding of the innerwear/ clothing and Marketing business units to provide insights and deliver competitive advantages and economies of scale for Digital Marketing.
? Jointly establish and foster a collaborative, inspiring, and energetic leadership style that promotes initiative and entrepreneurial thinking in line with the corporate shared values of honesty and trust.
? Fully manage the Digital Advertising ＆ Promotion budget （digital marketing budget including whole digital media） in the region to ensure efficient allocation of funds across countries in line with the country by country sales development outlook, and provide budget spending allocation on country level across consumer touchpoints
? Work with your CRM team to drive the consumer brand experience
? Support an annual budget planning process
? Support for medium－ to long－term marketing planning
【必須（MUST）】? 10 years ＋ experience in digital marketing including digital media planning and buying experiences
? 4 years ＋ experience in digital marketing management
? Extensive consumer and competitor understanding
? Cross Functional expertise in Digital Marketing management
? Experience with strategies ＆ concept development, digital marketing planning, digital marketing framework development, SEO and related planning, link building and respective KPIs setting and tracking ROIs.
? Solid marketing experience, background in working at both HQ and Country level is preferred. Additional brand management experience is a plus.
? Experience in innerwear / beauty / apparel business is a bonus
? Experience with high－caliber agency management and agency processes.
