仕事內容 Role Purpose:

The purpose of the Brand Marketing Senior Manager Role is to design, develop and deliver the short and long term regional cross-marketing functional strategies, adopting business and market situation by each sales channel. Be able to lead and drive an integrated process and matches marketing objective and business objective.

Get to know the consumer insights of each brand, establish and update the consumer journey, lead 360 degree marketing in cooperation with each marketing function, and execute IMC planning.

While sharing the consumer insights of each brand to global stakeholders in a timely manner, she/he is committed to developing communication tools that deeply pierce Japanese consumers.

By fulfilling these objectives, she/he will contribute to the establishment and improvement of the image of each brand, the business itself, and the growth of the Brand business as a whole.


General Duties and Responsibilities (based on grading definition):

? Drive and lead internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop regional marketing campaigns. Develop the planning process aligned against the business KPI and the functional KPI
? Collaborate with the other key function teams including Global Marketing teams to ensure that we are consistently delivering against the Service Leader proposition via efficient processes, effective campaigns, and engaging and inspiring shopping experiences linked across all touchpoints for our consumers
? Develop Japan planned brand marketing concept/strategy which provides the consistent brand experience of each brand via translate situation analysis, brand equity study, media and consumer trends to actionable insights that contribute to the localization of the global marketing strategy
? Lead IMC Planning: Make full use of consumer data inside and outside the company to formulate a communication strategy that resonates with consumers, and plan and implement a communication plan in line with it
? Establish and update a consumer journey for each brand in IMC planning and lead 360-degree marketing
? Utilize exceptional understanding of the female clothing and Marketing business units to provide insights and deliver competitive advantages and economies of scale for each Brand Marketing
? Jointly establish and foster a collaborative, inspiring, and energetic leadership style that promotes initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
? Work with your CRM team to drive the consumer brand experience
? Support an annual budget planning process
? Support for medium- to long-term marketing planning
? Fully manage the Advertising & Promotion budget in each Brand

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

? 8 years+ experience
? Extensive consumer and competitor understanding
? 4 years+ team management/leadership experience in a large market.
? Cross Functional expertise in Brand Marketing management and leadership to make alignment
? Experience with strategies & concept development, media strategies development, media-neutral planning, integrated brand marketing planning, media setting KPIs and tracking ROIs.
? Solid marketing experience, background in working at both HQ and Country level is preferred. Additional product management experience is a plus.
? Experience in innerwear / beauty / apparel business is a bonus
? Strong commercial understanding
? Excellent drive, judgment, creative insights and understanding of branded aesthetics.
? Experience with high-caliber agency management and agency processes.
? Extensive consumer and competitor understanding
? Ability to inspire via strong presentation and communication skills
? Strategic thinking and commercial minds
? Strong people development skills
? Proven ability to lead complex and multi-functional teams
? Project management skillset
? High drive + result orientated
? Fluent business language skills in Japanese and English
